ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, commission-based, on-site role for an Investment Sales Agent located in Woodbury, NY. The Investment Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business for the company by assisting clients in acquiring, selling and leasing commercial properties. The Investment Sales Agent will also build and maintain client relationships, conduct market research and analysis, negotiate and most importantly: close deals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred but not necessary to have prior experience in real estate, preferably in commercial investment sales. Any sales experience would be welcomed
Highly motivated, multi tasking, self starter with grit and focus
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends would be nice but can be learned
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You must be a people person.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. You must be motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with other agents
Proficiency in real estate software such as CoStar and Zoho CRM is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
